Training sessions for production staff

With the PILOT Verify Training Mode, GÖPEL electronic offers a tool to train production staff in the handling of verification data.  The software option is a supplement to the verification software PILOT Verify, which is delivered as standard with the inspection systems from GÖPEL electronic. The training mode is intended to provide employees with an even safer way of dealing with errors and pseudo errors at the verification stations.

The system uses data and images from ongoing production to train and test production line managers and verification supervisors. Users can create different training data sets and fill them with inspection data via PILOT Verify. This data can then be loaded by production staff to verify the inspection results it contains. After completing a training session, line supervisors can compare the verification results with the target values and have them output as a log.
