Clean Room Compatible AOI and SPI Systems
Certification of Clean Room Classes ISO 6 and ISO 7 for Inspection Systems
The AOI and SPI systems from GOEPEL electronic can be used for inspection tasks in clean rooms.
After appropriate analysis and measurements in a certified laboratory,
- the clean room compatibility for ISO 6 and
- ISO 7 has been proven.
This requirement resulted from the use of inspection systems for the production of integrated power modules.
These inspection tasks consist, for example,
- of solder paste measurement,
- controlling of copper coating on DCBs,
- position determination of dies and
- height measurement of bond wires.
The certified clean room capability applies to the inspection systems of the series
- Vario Line · 3D,
- SPI Line · 3D and
- Advanced Line.
