Powerful, intelligent testing technologies at Automotive Testing Expo
The highlight is a multifunctional test cell
As a leading specialist in measuring and testing technology, GÖPEL electronic will present a wide range of testing technologies at the Automotive Testing Expo Europe 2023 in Stuttgart from 13 to 15 June at booth 1576.
This year's highlight is a multifunctional test cell. The "all-rounder" demonstrates in concentrated form our know-how and expertise in the field of testing automotive electronics and mechatronics.
In detail, this includes the Video Dragon for testing camera and display applications, the 62 series fieldbus communication controllers and the Net2Run software tool chain for residual bus simulation. In addition, we will show our competences in the areas of haptic testing, acoustic analysis, robotics and industrial image processing for all optical inspection tasks.
Anyone who wants to get to know our solutions in detail will have the opportunity to talk to our experts on site. The combination of the intuitive Dragon Suite user software and the Video Dragon as a flexible hardware interface provides a powerful, modular solution for testing camera and display applications, which can be seen in live demos. The current video transmission standards GMSL, FPD-Link and APIX are supported - in each case including the sideband protocols used.
The 62 series multibus communication controllers will also be presented, which are predestined for use in residual bus simulations and for testing and flashing control units of any complexity. They offer the user up to 18 independent bus interfaces for CAN, CAN-FD, FlexRay, automotive Ethernet and LIN, resulting in numerous configuration and thus application options for optimum adaptation to the DUT or test task.
In combination with the Net2Run software tool chain, there are additional and very high-performance simulation options in ECU communication. Net2Run, which is completely based on the AUTOSAR standard, offers the import option of all common ECU description files such as *.arxml, *.dbc, *.ldf as well as FIBEX and optimally supports the user in the configuration of the corresponding residual bus simulation - based on an intuitive GUI.
Our trade fair presentation is rounded off by our Magic CAR compact. In its compactness, the scalable test platform for automotive ECUs is an ideal tool for desktop applications to support the development and quality assurance of automotive components.
