通过JTAG/边界扫描控制器对SCANFLEX系统进行控制。 该控制器负责同时生成和动态分配串行模式、并行模式和控制序列，支持三种标准的SFX和SFX/LS接口。
所有SCANFLEX II控制器均有三种性能等级（A/B/C）。
产品组合范围一直在不断扩大。按照要求提供客户特定的产品。
