RAPIDO with new Features

The inline test and programming system RAPIDO gets new functions. These offer the user optimised processes for panel testing and the fulfilment of requirements for modern, order-related processing in electronics production. In addition, user-friendliness has been increased and support for service and maintenance has been improved in order to minimize the probability of failure. Hardware optimizations lead to shorter cycle times and thus higher throughput rates.

RAPIDO can program and test assemblies at high speed. This makes it particularly suitable for inline production in the high volume range. Thanks to the technological updates, an extended connection to ODBC databases is now also possible. In addition, the processing of the order number is increasingly becoming the focus of modern electronics production. Here, processes have been optimized, which allow automatic batch selection up to the programming of order numbers. In addition, order-related data, such as MAC addresses, can be taken from a database and dynamically programmed into the flash memory.

All new functions are integrated in the RAPIDO Tester Link Software (TLS), which has been revised in design and usability. An integrated system monitor indexes system maintenance events and thus supports "predictive maintenance".
Mechanically, the RAPIDO has been equipped with a number of additional functions such as interior lighting, webcam and new belt tracking profiles.
