We know the challenges in automotive quality assurance and meet them with passion and expertise. Whether testing individual components or complete systems - we offer a wide range of products and services to meet your testing needs, utilizing current technologies for applications from prototype design validation to full EOL testing.
EOL inspection of vehicle seats covering complex requirements and minimal cycle times
The new G4 generation of the OsCAR Advanced EOL vehicle seat tester empowers OEM providers to implement comprehensive quality assurance for their vehicle seats. This universal tester can be quickly adapted to the requirements of new vehicle programs, such as acoustic testing for fully and partially electric or mechanical seats, or seat occupancy detection using existing seat occupancy sensors / mats (Body Sense / CIS / SBR / PODS).
GMSL, FPD-Link, APIX, dozens of SerDes - how do you keep track?
Supports video transmission standards such as GMSL, FPD-Link, APIX, and MIPI A-PHY, including corresponding sideband communication, the Video Dragon product family is designed for the test of cameras, standard displays, heads-up display units, and many other video applications. The latest MI 6222 VA7044 Coax media interface was developed together with Valens Semiconductor. It simplifies the integration of lidar, radar and cameras for vehicle autonomy and improves connectivity for high-resolution displays.
ECU testing and dynamic residual bus simulation - with 10BASE-T1S Ethernet multidrop topology
With support of bus interfaces such as CAN, CAN-FD, LIN, FlexRay, and Automotive Ethernet 100/1000 BASE-T1 and 10BASE-T1S, Series 62 multibus communication controllers and the Net2Run tool chain are the ideal combination for the test and in-system programming of complex control units (ECUs) and for residual bus simulation of heterogeneous vehicle networks.

Safeguarding modern E/E networking architectures
Are you faced with increased data volumes and challenging test requirements in modern E/E network architectures? The future-orientated NG+ generation of network testers is based on the high-performance, proven Series 62 platform and enables efficient test case processing of complex test scenarios. The advanced system architecture supports both classic bus systems, such as CAN-FD, CAN-SIG, LIN, and FlexRay, as well as the latest AETH standards including 10BASE-T1S, 100BASE-T1, and 1000BASE-T1. In addition, the system is also compatible with emerging communication standards such as CAN-XL.
Thanks to the NG extension system, which supports tests with a high number of interfaces, the NG+ family can be used for both individual tests and network/integration testing.
Highest quality and security for traction batteries thanks to the latest generation of EoL testers
This test solution reliably tests the full functionality and security of electric car traction batteries during the end-of-line test before they are installed in the vehicle. Comprehensive tests and simulations can be carried out: e.g. contact tests, simulation of crash shutdown, potential equalisation measurements, discharge/charge pulse, and much more.
The battery test bench also monitors and records the measured values during charging and discharging of the battery and compares them with the battery's target data. In addition, the battery test bench can be used to develop and check the delivery status - this includes: checking the state of charge and sensor data, writing customised battery data, adjusting and deleting fault memory entries, and measuring the quiescent current.
