Where required, our team of highly experienced service technicians are available for rapid on-site deployment. Self-service spare part ordering is also available through our Online shop (requires entry of your GÖPEL electronic customer number).

Individual support and maintenance contracts can be booked on request, and also a 24-hour support. Updates and upgrades for our software applications, as well as the latest product information and publications, are available at any time via the GENESIS customer portal.
