Reaching your goal with data: fewer false rejects, greater efficiency

Test programmes for AOI systems are confronted with constant fluctuations in the production process during their use in manufacturing. In addition, test functions often have very tight tolerances in order to avoid the risk of faults-slip-through. With “Smart Debug”, users have a tool at their disposal with which the limit values of test functions can be defined on the basis of previous measurement results. This provides a convenient way to reduce false reject before production begins and to avoid faults-slip-through.
