SYSTEM CASCON Debugger & Pin Toggler

The SYSTEM CASCON debugger offers numerous options for analysing test routines and signals on the UUT. Compiled CASLAN source code can be executed step by step. All signals, variables and groups can be monitored or additional code snippets can be inserted at runtime. Even the boundary scan communication can be viewed in detail, for instance to identify errors during transmission through the shift register. 

With the help of the SYSTEM CASCON Pin Toggler, all boundary scan-capable pins can be directly addressed and set to the desired signal level. It is not necessary to write CASLAN scripts. Pin toggler actions can also be exported and reused as CASLAN scripts afterwards.

The CASLAN Pin Toggler and debugger information are also available to graphical tools such as the Visual Project Explorer (ViPX) or the ScanVision III Layout Viewer. Signals on the UUT can therefore be stimulated and recorded without test generators or written CASLAN code.
