After importing the DUT data and modelling individual components, SYSTEM CASCON is able to generate complete test sequences automatically. Depending on the component type or desired application, different test generators (ATPG - Automated Test Program Generator) are used.

Automated FLASH Test Generator (AFPG)
FLASH components and standard interfaces such as I2C are accessed with the help of the Automated FLASH Program Generator (AFPG). The user interface offers the operator complex actions:
- Check IDCode
- Chip Erase
- Program
Herewith you can access and functionally control externally connected FLASH components.
VarioTAP and ChipVORX accesses are also supported with the help of powerful generators. The Automated VarioTAP Test Generators (AVTG) and Chip Assisted Test tools allow users to utilise complex microcontroller or FPGA instruments to increase test coverage and/or performance.
Thanks to the SYSTEM CASCON test generators, no programming knowledge is required to implement extensive test and programming applications. All routines and information are stored in the SYSTEM CASCON models and are linked to the DUT data by the software. The test generators generate the CASLAN source code based on stored data. Users also have tools at their disposal to modify the generated source code and adapt it to test item-specific requirements.
