In addition to the standard product line, we provide special solutions adapted to the customers needs. We provide systems for the inspection of infotainment components in cars and airplanes (e.g. Dashboards, Radios, Navigation Systems) as well as solder joint, Display, paper handling and conformal coat inspection systems.
System Concept
System concept The modular system concept provides a large choice of cameras, optics and illumination components, an industry PC as well as the TOM Line image processing software.
Image Processing Hardware
After an analysis of the specific optical test tasks, our experienced development engineers compile image detection and illumination concepts. Therefore standard as well as system specific image processing components are available.
Illumination
An optimised illumination is a substantial precondition for each optical inspection task. Therefore an illumination system was developed that guarantees an ideal contrasting of UUT characteristics.
