Remarks on electronic communication with GOEPEL electronic

The transfer of electronic documents via internet to GOEPEL electronic is permitted under the following conditions only:

1. 1. Accessible e-mail addresses are those communicated on the internet and in business letters by GOEPEL electronic.
2. GOEPEL electronic accepts the following file formats:
   

   • Adobe Acrobat up to Version 6.0 (.pdf)
   • Rich Text Format (.rtf)
   • Microsoft Word up to Version 97 (.doc)
   • Microsoft Excel up to Version 97 (.xls)
   • Text formats (.txt)
   • Graphics formats: .jpg / .jpeg / .gif / .bmp / .tiff
   • Compressed, not self-unpacking (!) files (.zip / .rar)

3. The accepted formats must not contain any automated processes or programming (macros).
4. The total size of an e-mail incl. all attachments is limited to 5 Megabyte (MB).
5. In e-mails with executable files (e.g. *.exe, *.bat), these attachments will be deleted.
6. It is presumed that you agree to the e-mails being checked for viruses and spam. E-mails classified as viruses or spam will be deleted unread and won’t be processed any further.
7. In the case of an e-mail being impossible to process (viruses, spam, technical problems) there is no electronic feedback to the sender. The sender is responsible for requesting a confirmation of receipt of the e-mail.
8. Documents with a fiscal relevant content, like order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, cancellations, credit notes, are accepted in hardcopy only.
9. For correspondence that requires hardcopy form by law no electronic transfer is permitted until further notice.
10. E-mails with qualified electronic signature are not accepted for technical and organisational reasons until cancelled. Exceptions to this have to be arranged previously.
