Scan Trainer II Board

| The Scan Trainer II board can be used both by beginners and advanced learners in industry, research and education. It has been designed as a medium complex board including multiple memory devices and bus structures. It features following components, 5 JTAG/Boundary Scan devices, 2 FLASH devices, FIFO, SRAM, SSRAM, SDRAM, buffers, simple logic, ADU/DAU, LVDS as well as edge connectors, LEDs, an LCD display and failure switches. |
Scan Coach Board

| The Scan Coach board has been designed especially for beginners and shows how to overcome typical traps during JTAG/Boundary Scan test and programming development. It features following components, 2 JTAG/Boundary Scan devices, FLASH, SDRAM, buffers, simple logic as well as edge connectors, LEDs, a 7 segment display and failure switches. |

SCAN TRAINER II Kit
The Scan Trainer II kit is a complete solution to get in-depth knowledge of the JTAG/Boundary Scan technique. It consists of a special version of [CASCON GALAXY®], a [Scan Booster/PP] as JTAG/Boundary Scan controller and the Scan Trainer II board.
A tutorial is available, describing different test programs in detail. It provides an introduction into the JTAG/Boundary Scan test development flow as well as knowledge of the GOEPEL electronic’s JTAG/Boundary Scan test system. Besides, it provides information for both JTAG/Boundary Scan circuit design and different programming techniques.
All required components, such as software, JTAG/Boundary Scan controller, Scan Trainer II board, test bus cable, example programs and descriptions are supplied with the kit. Only a PC with parallel interface is required. The Scan Booster/PP is connected to the UUT by a 10pin flat cable which powers the Scan Trainer II board. Highlights
