Using JTAG/Boundary Scan extensions such as testability devices or modules as well as converting existing adaptations (e.g. SCP to SCANFLEX®), requires fixtures and channel routers. SCANFLEX® Board Grabber

| The SCANFLEX® Board Grabber is a universal tool to hold JTAG/Boundary Scan UUTs and modules. Oscilloscopes, logic analyzers or other instruments can be connected via additional nails probes. The Board Grabber can be used for rapid prototype testing in laboratory as well as for module repair during production. Boards with a size up to 380mm x 600mm can be accommodated. The integrated pivoting mechanism allows access to both top and bottom sides of the board. Available nail probes contact pads and pins on top and bottom sides of the board. The SCANFLEX® Board Grabber holds a SFX-TAP transceiver and can be used with all SCANFLEX® JTAG/Boundary Scan controllers (e.g. PCI, USB, LAN, Firewire, PXI or VXI). Nail Probe for SCANFLEX® Board Grabber
| Further magnetic nail probes can be used to access any board position. They can be used as additional JTAG/Boundary Scan pins or connect measurement equipment and allow very reliable and easy to use contacting at smallest pads or directly at device pins. Furthermore, they are equipped with a sliding and turning mechanism and magnetic feet. | |
PCI32-64 Fixture

| The PCI32-54 Fixture is a 3 slot PCI bus test adapter, supporting PCI cards using 32 or 64 bit data bus. Slot #1 is reserved for a CION Module/PCI 32-64. Both boards together have been designed for JTAG/Boundary Scan testing of PCI cards via the PCI interface. | |
Channel Router 50
| The Channel Router 50 has been designed for signal ranging between two 50pin IDC cables. A wire wrap connection bank allows re-routing of any signal combination. The Channel Router 50 is compliant to SFX-5296, PXI 5296, PXI 52192 and CION Module/FXT96. | |
Channel Router SCP26/FXT

| The Channel Router SCP26/FXT has been designed for signal converting from CION Module/FXT96 (3x 50pin IDC connector) to 4x 26pin IDC cable compliant to former SCP D096/D192/D384 fixtures. It can be used to migrate from SCP modules to CION Module/FXT96. | |

| The Channel Router SCP26/DIO has been designed for signal converting from SFX-5296, PXI 5296 and PXI 52192 (3x 50pin IDC cable) to 4x 26pin IDC cable compliant to former SCP D096/D192/D384 fixtures. It can be used to migrate from SCP modules to SCANFLEX® or PXI I/O modules. | |
