Integration with Polar Instruments flying probe PCB test and repair system GRS500
The JTAG/Boundary Scan hardware platform SCANBOOSTER/USB supports the Polar Instruments flying probe PCB test and repair system GRS500.
The integrated Boundary Scan hardware is based on SCANBOOSTER/USB. The SCANBOOSTER/USB is equipped with one independent TAP and supports a programmable TCK frequency up to 16MHz. The TAP is programmable with regard to output voltage, input voltage, output impedance and input impedance. By utilizing GOEPEL electronic’s TIC (TAP Interface Card) modules serving as interface between controller and UUT, some of the SCANBOOSTER advantages apply.
Jointly developed with GOEPEL, the new Boundary Scan Test Option provides an important addition to the Polar GRS500 Flying Probe Test- and Repair System.
