JTAG/Boundary Scan Integration into Agilent 3070 Series
Agilent 3070 - Utility Card Module UCM3070/x
UCM3070/x is a professional Boundary Scan option particularly developed for Agilent’s Utility Card. The SCANBOOSTER™ based TAP controller has two independent voltage and impedance programmable TAPs, two banks of each four PIPs and self test functionality. Two PIP signals can be used as analogue ports to drive and measure analogue values during a test generated with SYSTEM CASCON™.
The Boundary Scan module is powered by Agilent’s Utility Card interface, hence no extra power supply is required. An extension connector provides interface pins for future developments on external modules.
